Who Are We
The Back Porch Players was founded in 2002 when Dan J. Gordon, Matt Hune, Morgan Rosse and a small group of friends, all graduating seniors from Houston's High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, banded together to explore modern American social issues through theatre. The Back Porch Players is federally and state recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
